Patricia Lenkov
Patricia is a Senior Advisor at Perceptual Advisors focused on Board advisory. She is Founder and CEO of Agility Executive Search and has been deeply involved in corporate governance for the past 24 years. She was previously a Senior Managing Director at Teneo and a member of the board of director’s practice at Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles.
Patricia is on the Advisory Board of BoardProspects.com, the world’s largest online boardroom community. She is the Founder of The Half Percent Project, a non-profit focused on animal welfare. She is formerly a member of the Family Advisory Council of the Komansky Center for Children’s Health at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center and is a former Board Member at Temple Israel of New York City and The Blue Card.
Patricia has been focused on diversity in the workplace for over a decade. A sample of her work in this area is as follows: She was on the inaugural 2020 Women on Boards New York Steering Committee (beginning in 2009) and through this work obtained sponsorships and support for the organization from such corporations as Thomson Reuters, U.S. Trust, Biogen, and New York Life. In 2018, Agility Executive Search conceived of and co-hosted an event called “Cross-Border Dialogue; Gender Diversity in the Boardroom – Innovative Tactics for Making Boards More Gender Balanced.” This was co-hosted with the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany, New York, the Consulate General of France in New York, and the NYC Mayor’s Office for International Affairs.
She is a Contributor to Forbes.com. writing about corporate governance, leadership, and diversity. She is on the Women and Leadership Advisory Council at Concordia University in Montreal. Authored the book “Time’s Up: Why Boards Need to Get Diverse Now.”
