Kevin Winters

Kevin Winters is a Senior Advisor at Perceptual Advisors and co-founder of Flatrock Wealth Partners, LLC. Kevin is a member of the Flatrock Management Committee, responsible for leading Flatrock’s advisory board and strategic direction of the firm. He advises affluent families in customizing investments and wealth management strategies that co-align with the client’s vision.

For over sixteen years, Kevin was an Executive Vice President at PIMCO, a global fixed income and alternatives asset manager based in Newport Beach, California. Kevin was a Product Strategist in PIMCO’s Product Strategy Group, with a focus on opportunistic credit interval funds, private real estate debt and equity solutions and multi-asset portfolios for financial advisors, family offices, and registered investment advisors. In a prior role, Kevin the business head for PIMCO’s RIA and multi-family office team where he led distribution strategy and managed the US team of account managers overseeing $45B in PIMCO assets across alternatives and fixed income. Kevin also served as a member of PIMCO’s global wealth management operating committee.

Before his career at PIMCO, Mr. Winters was an executive with Alliance Bernstein and Trust Company of the West (TCW) where he was responsible for structuring the single/multi-family office and RIA business.

Mr. Winters has over 23 years of capital markets experience, holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors in the sand or snow with his wife, three sons and dog. Kevin also enjoys mountain biking, surfing, snowboarding and scuba diving.
