Dawn Benton

Dawn Benton is a Senior Advisor at Perceptual Advisors, where she brings over 25 years of experience in strategic global communications and marketing in the telecommunications sector. 

Dawn spent more than 20 years at AT&T, holding important communications roles that put her at the forefront of some of the biggest tech innovations in the company’s history. Most recently, she was Head of Consumer PR for AT&T’s wireless phone and internet business, where she oversaw communications for its largest revenue-generating business unit ($90B) as well as corporate-wide Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). 

Previously, she led communications strategy for AT&T’s emerging innovation business, Global Internet of Things (IoT) B2B division, and retail sales divisions. 

Prior to AT&T, Dawn held a variety of marketing, sales, and communications roles at early-stage start-ups and large retail organizations. She is based in Atlanta.
