David Norton

Managing Director/Branded Entertainment


Based in Los Angeles, David serves as Managing Director of Branded Entertainment with Perceptual Advisors.

Prior to joining the firm, David Norton was President of Ladder Up Media, a branded entertainment company founded in 2007. David’s experience as an entertainment marketing professional includes 15+ years experience in television production, product placement, prizing, marketing, licensing, and sponsorship. 

Previously, David served as SVP of Brand Integration at Reveille, where he was the Sponsor Producer for The Biggest Loser for 10 seasons and was responsible for licensing The Biggest Loser Resorts. David also oversaw integrations on The Office and the Golden Globe winning Ugly Betty as well as numerous Netflix unscripted series including Queer Eye and Next In Fashion. 

David has worked with numerous Fortune 500 brands to execute their entertainment marketing strategy including: Lexus, Amazon Alexa, Homegoods, GMC, MAC Cosmetics, Microsoft, Diageo and Home Depot to name a few. David holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and has worked as an international volunteer in Mexico, Kosovo and Zambia.
