Brian Hale

Brian Hale is a Senior Advisor with Perceptual Advisors. He is a seasoned mortgage industry veteran with 40+ years of experience in all areas of the mortgage business. Over the course of his long-tenured career, he has grown several organizations into top 5 originators and, in many cases, the industry’s largest originators by channel.

He brings his wealth of knowledge and leadership talent to his current role as Founder and CEO of Mortgage Advisory Partners (MAP), a consulting services company specializing in helping mortgage banking clients successfully navigate the challenges of operating and growing their businesses.

Brian has held numerous C-Suite level positions for some of the industry's most respected companies, including ClosingMark Financial Group – the financing arm of William Lyon Homes, Stearns Lending, MetLife Home Loans, MetLife Bank, Countrywide, Wells Fargo and Fleet Mortgage. His broad expertise enables Brian to provide his clients with granular analyses and implementable solutions that optimize organizational performance and profits. He is regularly called upon by industry trade associations and media outlets to share his perspectives by serving as an author, interviewee, panelist and speaker.

Brian attended the State University of New York (SUNY), in Plattsburgh, New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
